I’m a founder, community manager, fractional CXO and business development specialist with a strong focus on sales activities. I founded Search Markets in response to my own need for information, advice and guidance.

I have more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search & Recruitment, and I’ve worked with a global network of prestigious financial institutions, leading UK & US law firms and many of the largest companies within the Fortune 500.

In this time I’ve gained extensive market knowledge and have developed a deep understanding of businesses at various levels, functions, industries and in numerous locations.

Acting in a thoughtful way where individuals come first, I take great pride in the people I work with and take care of the people I know. I see myself as trusted advisor and believe you can rely on me for inspired ideas. I take a collaborative approach and I am passionate about lasting relationships.  That’s why when you work with me you’ll work with someone determined to succeed and who delivers results using an honest, ethical and creative approach.

Born in Hong Kong, I hold a Masters degree in Chinese Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelors (Hons) in Chinese History of Art and Archaeology from the School of Oriental and African Studies, the University of London. I have also attended BPP Law School in London, the East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai and have industry qualifications in Human Resources & Training from the University of Hong Kong.
